On June 4, a festive event, the Day of the Circassian (Adygean) Khaluzh (cheese pastry), was held on the territory of Rufa-Tour. The event is held annually in one of the most picturesque places of the Republic Of Adygea - at the Rufabgo Waterfalls - and gathers a large number of guests and participants. This year the holiday also brought together a large number of guests from both the Republic of Adygea and the regions of Russian Federatio. Among the guests of the holiday were holidaymakers from France and the United States.
Participants of the event presented to the guests various recipes for making Haluzh. Vacationers could taste the Khaluzhi, as well as appreciate the unusual forms of its presentation, both the traditional triangular shape, as in the form of crescents, stars, in the form of the famous rhyton from the Maikop barrow, dolmen and other unusual forms.
The event was accompanied by a performance of creative dance groups and singers. The winners in various nominations were given memorable gifts and diplomas.
